Population Administration Provided for Fire Survivors in Kapuk Muara

North Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-agency has provided population administration for 313 fire survivors at RW 04, Kapuk Muara Urban Village, Penjaringan District.

Thanks to the government 

North Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-agency's Population Registration Service Section Head, Yudi Hermawan, said the service is held by providing tents since June 8, 2025.

"This service aims to make it easier for fire survivors to propose lost or burnt population documents. We have served 313 applicants until yesterday," he said, Friday (6/13).

The applicants are 105 for family card, 88 for Jakarta e-ID card and eight for non Jakarta e-ID card. Then 112 people conducted consultation for proposing other documents.

"We involve five officers from North Jakarta Sub-agency and Penjaringan District," he added.

Yudi appealed the other fire survivors to propose their lost or burnt documents immediately.

"Legal documents will ease future's public services," he continued.

Meanwhile, one of the fire survivors, Handayani (49), admitted the fire burned her population documents.

"Thanks to the government for providing this service for us," she admitted.
